I had a lovely stay at the Fairmont. The rooms were spacious and dedicated to works of Canadian masters, but the bathroom was small, and there was a leaking air conditioner. The service was top-notch, they even arranged ice skates for us within 15 minutes, and left a sweet birthday surprise in the room. The location was perfect for exploring Ottawa.
