I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, with the rooms being very cozy despite being a bit on the small side. The hotel had a fantastic view, and the hotel itself was amazing. The room I stayed in was just above the ballroom, but considering the lower rate I paid, it was worth it. The service was friendly despite being challenging to locate staff for inquiries. The underground parking was under construction, inconveniencing my arrival. The dining experience was enjoyable, although they tended to run out of croissants early. The hotel had clean and spacious facilities.

I had a lovely stay at the Fairmont. The rooms were spacious and dedicated to works of Canadian masters, but the bathroom was small, and there was a leaking air conditioner. The service was top-notch, they even arranged ice skates for us within 15 minutes, and left a sweet birthday surprise in the room. The location was perfect for exploring Ottawa. The dining was fantastic but on the pricier side. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
